Independent technical representation

Where the client cannot be, RS can be there.

How RS works

RS does not operate the cargo. It observes, records and reports.

Independence is what gives the information its value. RS attends the operation to protect the client's interests, not those of the terminal or of whoever handles the cargo.

  1. 01

    Observe

Alongside, on board, at the terminal or in the warehouse, checking vessel, cargo and facilities where the operation takes place.

  2. 02

    Record

Photographs, samples, incidents and deviations, documented on site.

  3. 03

    Report

Clear, independent technical information for the client to decide, negotiate or defend a position.
